Plumbing Riser Views – Perspective Setup, Annotations & Sheet Placement
Creation of clear and coordinated plumbing riser views with properly defined perspective, elevations, and system layout. Each view is fully annotated with pipe sizes, offsets, and level references, then accurately placed on construction sheets to meet NYC documentation standards and improve coordination across trades.

Slab Penetrations – Elevation Control, Sizing & Tagging
Creation of slab penetrations based on defined design criteria, including precise elevation control and opening diameters. Each penetration is properly named, tagged, and dimensioned to ensure accurate coordination with structural drawings, clear field installation, and compliance with project documentation standards.

NYC Mechanical Floor Plan – Ductwork Layout, Annotation & Dimensioning
Mechanical floor plan prepared in Revit using a ductwork template for NYC projects.
Includes duct sizing, airflow (CFM), elevations, offsets, and equipment connections, optimized for coordination and construction documentation.
