The complex includes large soundstages, production spaces, and supporting facilities built with a focus on energy efficiency and advanced building systems.
I’m currently working on this project, focusing on the plumbing and mechanical ventilation installations.

Domestic Water & MEP Coordination – Brooklyn, NY
BIM modeling of the domestic water system (CW, HW, HWR) developed in Autodesk Revit as part of a large-scale commercial project in Brooklyn, NY. The scope includes detailed pipe routing, elevations, and system coordination with mechanical ventilation and fire protection to ensure clash-free and constructible MEP layouts.

Plumbing Riser Views – BIM Documentation
Creation of coordinated plumbing riser views in Autodesk Revit, including proper view orientation, elevations, and clear system hierarchy to support accurate documentation and efficient multidisciplinary coordination.

Domestic Water System Modeling with Structural Pipe Hanger Coordination
3D modeling of the domestic water system based on contractor documents, including pipe routing, elevation control, and ceiling-mounted pipe hanger coordination to support accurate installation and clash-free construction.

Plumbing Riser Sheets – BIM Documentation Setup
Preparation and layout of plumbing riser views on construction document sheets, including proper view scaling, alignment, annotations, and consistency to support clear, contractor-ready plumbing documentation.

Plumbing Slab Penetrations – BIM Detailing
Creation of slab penetrations for vertical plumbing systems, including accurate sleeve sizing, pipe diameters, elevations, tagging, and dimensioning in Autodesk Revit to support coordinated and constructible plumbing documentation.

Mechanical Ductwork – BIM Detailing & Prefabrication
Detailed annotation and dimensioning of mechanical ventilation ductwork in Autodesk Revit, including precise duct segmentation and cutting to fabrication-ready lengths to support accurate prefabrication and efficient on-site installation.

Fire Protection System – BIM Annotation & Dimensioning
Detailed annotation and dimensioning of the fire protection (sprinkler) system in Autodesk Revit, including accurate pipe routing, elevations, spacing, and coordination to support clear, code-compliant, and construction-ready fire protection documentation.
