Hi, I’m Norbert.
Over the past two years, I’ve traveled to New York City twice to gain hands-on experience and take part in real American construction projects.
That time helped me build a strong foundation
in Building Information Modeling (BIM),
with a main focus on Autodesk Revit.
My professional path began in New York, where
I learned how large-scale building systems come together. Today, I still collaborate remotely with the same company — through my own business, fully registered and connected to a U.S. banking network.
I also hold a postgraduate MBA
in Management, which helps me combine technical work with structured thinking and efficient project coordination.
What drives me most is precision, clarity, and the logic behind every system — because in Revit, every line you draw defines how a building lives and breathes.

Skills & Expertise
I work with Revit every day, focusing on plumbing, mechanical (HVAC), and fire protection systems. I’ve gained hands-on experience directly in New York City and continue supporting U.S. contractors remotely — delivering clear, accurate, and well-organized MEP models.
What I Do
– Dimension and describe MEP floor plans, including cutting ducts and pipes to correct lengths
– Add slab openings for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection with precise dimensions and elevations
– Create clean riser views using sections and scope boxes, and place them on sheets with proper references
– Build and organize sheets: floor plans, sections, isometrics, risers
– Annotate isometric views for better clarity and coordination
– Use ActualAic Tools to speed up workflow and improve accuracy
– Hang pipes and ducts with correct hangers and elevations
– Model domestic water systems (CW, HW, HWR), HVAC routing, and fire protection layouts
– Read contractor documentation and transfer it into the model with precision
– Copy, recreate, and modify system elements within groups or between floors
What I Bring to Your Project
– Clear communication and fast cooperation
– Consistent, accurate MEP modeling
– Understanding of real jobsite conditions thanks to work on U.S. projects
– Reliability — I treat every model as if it were built tomorrow
– Strong discipline and workflow efficiency
If you’d like to see my work, visit the Projects section — I showcase both the models I’m currently working on and those I completed earlier in my career.
I’m open to new collaborations, remote BIM support, and long-term partnerships.
